Seledia supports English, German, Hungarian, and Spanish. The full interface and all features are available in each language. Pre-defined email templates are included for all four languages and can be customized to fit your own wording and tone.
Yes. The AI-powered features (Check Replies, AI Insights) require your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or Mistral. You or your company can obtain one directly from the respective provider. The key is entered in the app and is never shared with us.
Yes. You can upgrade from Base to Pro at any time. When downgrading, your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
